I just have to show this beauty! Ok, it's not your everyday dress but when I saw it hanging there in my favourite vintage store in Hollywood, I just couldn't resist the wonderful blue colour, the fall of the skirt and the lace top *love*!

Gorgeous classy midnightblue silkdress with almost invisible navy pokladots, little ruffles and covered buttons that you can button all the way up the neck or leave open like in the pic. Oh, did I mention it has puff sleeves ;) ?

Ok, so we all know that Lindsay really can't put an outfit together without Rachel Zoe at hand but those shoes?!? I mean, come on people! The first thing that comes to mind is my grandfather's dress shoes (Don't take it the wrong way Gramps, they look great on you), but on La Lohan? *yuck*

Update: I actually think that it might be the same shoes that she wore with yet another horrific outfit back in May. You are not allowed to make the same mistake twice with the same little piece of fashion disaster!!! Oh yeah, and the leather shorts are Chanel btw, can you believe it???

Urban Outfitters shopping

Today I went shopping and found this little gorgeous dress at Urban Outfitters! It was just too cute to resist, I love the pattern and the little bow by the neck. I also tried on this hat that I've been looking at for a while but it was a litlle bigger that I expected, hmmm... I'll have to think about it.

I also went to Forever 21, one of my favourite stores, and I will post pics of my finds from there later :)

K-fed is a man of few surprises...

Anyone who has read my previous post on Kevin "y'alls think-I-can-rap-white-trash-homeboy" Federline know that I'm not a fan of his (tahn again, he doesn't actually have fans now does he?) And you know what? Kevin really met everyones expectations at the Teen Choice Awards, meaning he absolutely sucked ass!!!

He performed hit "new hit song" (from his yet no-show album), "Lose Control" but really, the only thing he made me lose control over were my bowels *yuck*
Apparently he also just started his own record company and I think he's gonna be the first artist to manage the incredible act of being dropped by his own label (believe me, it will happen!)
His video is coming out on Sept 5th...yay... Have a bucket nearby if you're actually planning on watching it.

George W Bush, everybody has an opinion about him. I remember the first time I heard his name in 1998, while he was still governer in Texas and there was a woman, Karla Faye Tucker convicted of murder and sentenced to death. While in her death-cell, she found God, got baptised and pleaded for mercy, she had a huge support-group including several bishops, priests, civilians and even the Pope himself begged Bush to grant her mercy and turn her death-sentence into lifetime in prison instead; Bush's answer: "Nope"!

Shortly after that, Karla was killed by injections.
I remember shivering, unwilling to believe that someone could be that cold and heartless.

Now that he's president I can't help but feeling terrified over that man having so much power. He acts like a child, eager to prove to his dad that he's a man, and that he can finish what his dad started.

With that said, here's a little bit of what I think represents ou president, enjoy!

For my birthday I got a gift-certificate at Sephora which I (of course) was excited to use! The difficult part is standing in front of all those products and trying to narrow it down, I mean, I literally wanted to get half the store! Anyway, after about 45 mins I decided on two products:

Laura Mercier Liquid Crystal Lip Glace in the color Pink Quartz

and Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer SPF 15.

I'm really excited to try out both products and I was also curious about this one. Has anyone tried it? In that case; reviews please :)

Tonight while watching the season finale of The Simple Life: 'Til Death Do Us Part, I established two things:

1. Paris and Nic can't act worth shit, too bad they're both getting a career in it and I'm not

2. If I ever think about wasting 30 mins of my life on something like this again, somebody needs to kick me!!!

Sample sale: Barneys

Today it was rise and shine pretty early for me to make it to this weeks sample sale! Barneys New York had set up in one of the hangars down by Santa Monica Airport, and I can tell you, it was packed! Around 800 men and women fighting over Louboutins, Dolce & Gabbana, Diane von Furstenberg, Marc Jacobs and more! I tried on the most beautiful LBD by D&G, a purple lace DvF and several pairs of shoes including some Manolos and the cutest red Louboutins with a chiffon bow. Highlight of the day has still got to be the nude-colored chiffon gown with a huge black bow by Lanvin that I tried on, obviously way too fancy for someone who doesn't go to black-tie events very often (not to mention it cost over $3000), but still, sooo beautiful!

Unfortunately, the prices were a tad over my budget after all the summer shopping I've done so I had to leave empty-handed but it was fun to be there and I'm definately going to the next one as well :)

Finally somebody has supposedly caught baby Suri on camera, and sure, if you try really really hard you can see that there's a baby in there, but honestly, by now it could be any adopted baby that looks enough like TomKat so that they can say she's actually biologically theirs.
Well, I still have my doubts...

Apparently, there's also a list of rules for the few visitors, who according to the invite, are "honored" to meet TomKats precious little girl.
The rules include: No touching, no pictures and no babytalk.
Geez! Just get off your freakin' high horses and treat your baby like a baby and your friends like friends!

Ok, so we all know there are two fashioncamps, Camp Mary-Kate and Camp Ashley, and I admit I've always been on Ashleys side cause I think she's got a more classic, cool style. MK:s style might have worked last summer when the whole boho-chic thing was happening but now it's definately time for this girl to run a freakin' comb thru her hair when she leaves the house!
Girlfriend seriously looks like she went out partying for 72 hours, got two hours of sleep, rolled out of bed and accessoriesed! Not a good look if you're going to a fancy place such as Chateau Marmont...
I've got two tips for MK for the next time she's thinking about walking out her door looking like Courtney Love's long lost daughter who's been living on the street for 12 years:

1. The bag does not make the outfit!
2. Other people have to look at you too!
